    You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

  2. Return Shipping Costs:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns based on a change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

  3. Damaged or Faulty Items:
    If you receive a product that is broken or not functioning properly, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll assist with return shipping at no charge. Once the item is received and inspected, we will either replace it or issue a full refund—including original shipping costs.

  4. Returns Due to Change of Mind:
    If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days, provided it’s unused and still in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping fees.

  5. Refund Processing:
    After we receive and approve your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@coresupplypro.com.
